How fast is delivery?
We deliver within 3–5 working days. Shipping costs €8.50 and is free on orders over €130 — the same in Slovenia and in Croatia.

How do I choose the right size?
Our items are true to size, so take the size you normally wear. If a piece runs smaller or larger than usual, we mark it in the product description. If you are unsure, message us on Instagram @creedfashion.store and we will help you choose.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. Message us on Instagram @creedfashion.store within 5 working days of delivery and we will exchange the item for the right size, as long as it is unused and undamaged. Exchanges are handled only through Instagram.
Can I return an item if I simply changed my mind?
Yes, and you do not need to give a reason. Message us on Instagram @creedfashion.store within 5 working days of delivery and we will send you the return instructions. The item must be unused and undamaged, and we refund you within 10–14 days of receiving the package. Returns are handled only through Instagram.
